Operates machinery and ensures the settings are correct based on the type of product required by production. Inspect the meat after processing to ensure the quality of the meat is being met per customer specifications. communicate with Drivers, Supervisor or designated person to ensure that constant flow of supplies is there at al times. Adherance to all quality guidelines. Must be able to work in a cold environment 33 degrees. Will be working Monday thru Saturday 3 pm to 12:30 am temp to hire position.
